Terms and Conditions:

1. Kristine Heinze reserves the right to deem any photograph unsuitable for artistic reproduction. If the photograph is unsuitable, Kristine will either request a different photo, or allow the customer to cancel the order at no charge.

2. Photographic prints will be returned to the customer.

3. All portraits are shipped via certified mail. The customer will be notified when the order is shipped and will have 30 days (including weekends and holdidays) from the ship date in which to return the original, like-new portrait for a refund. No refunds will be granted after 30 days from ship date. No refunds will be granted on portraits that have been damaged by the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, which will not be refunded.

4. The customer understands that portraits are for artistic and entertainment purposes only. If the customer is dissatisified with any portrait, it may be returned as outlined in section 3, and the customer agrees not to seek any other monetary compensation whatsoever from Kristine Heinze. The customer agrees to hold Kristine Heinze legally harmless for any and all services rendered to the customer. The customer agrees to take no legal action against Kristine Heinze and to release her from all liability.

5. No photographs containing inappropriate material or nudity will be accepted.

6. The customer agrees to allow Kristine Heinze to use the portrait created from their photograph as an example of her work, and reproduce and distribute it in any medium whatsoever, whether or not the portrait is returned.
